- Business name, business type and address you enter in your platform
- Payment information — processed by Stripe; we never store raw card details
- Contact form submissions sent to rheshre.com/contact

- Pages visited and time spent (via Cloudflare Analytics — no cookies required)
- Device type (mobile, tablet, desktop)
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide and improve the RhEsHRE platform and PWA apps
- To process payments and manage your subscription via Stripe
- To respond to your support requests, feedback and contact form submissions
- To send service notifications (not marketing without consent)
- To maintain platform security and prevent fraud
4. Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We operate as a Stripe merchant and do not store your credit card number, CVV or bank details. Stripe's privacy policy applies to payment data: stripe.com/privacy
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Stripe — payment processing
- Cloudflare — hosting, DNS, analytics and KV storage
- Legal authorities — if required by law
6. Cloudflare KV Storage
Contact form submissions and plumbing booking data are stored in Cloudflare's KV (Key-Value) store, hosted in the United States. This data is retained for up to 30 days before automatic expiry.
7. Cookies
RhEsHRE.com uses no advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a security cookie (cf_clearance) for bot protection. Our analytics use privacy-preserving methods that do not require cookies.
8. Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of your personal data
- Correction: Ask us to correct inaccurate data
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and data
- Portability: Receive your data in a portable format
- Objection: Object to certain uses of your data

Account data is retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation. Contact form submissions are retained for 30 days. Payment records are retained as required by law (typically 7 years).
