1. Agreement
By accessing or using RhEsHRE.com ("Platform"), operated by ElevateCode Digital ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. The Service
RhEsHRE provides AI-powered website building and business management tools for transport and trades businesses, including:
- 5 SaaS platforms: Limo & Chauffeur, Taxi, Driving School, Bus & Coach, Plumbers & Cleaners
- 8 Progressive Web Apps (PWA) installable on iOS and Android
- A CRM dashboard with top-10 features for all business types
- AI-generated SEO content, booking systems and invoicing tools
3. Subscription & Pricing
- Price: $10.00 USD per month, billed monthly
- Free Trial: 7 calendar days of full access, no credit card required to start
- Billing: After the trial, your chosen payment method is charged monthly on the same day
- Cancellation: Cancel anytime from your account settings or by emailing us. No cancellation fees.
- Payment: Processed securely by Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful activities or to violate any laws
- Reverse engineer, copy or resell the Platform without written permission
- Upload malicious code, spam or harmful content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Abuse the support system or our team
5. Intellectual Property
All Platform code, designs, AI-generated templates and content are owned by ElevateCode Digital. You retain ownership of content you create using the Platform (your business information, custom copy, customer data).
6. Customer Data
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of data you enter into the Platform. We process your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your customer data with third parties for marketing.
7. Availability & Uptime
We aim for 99.9% uptime. Cloudflare Workers infrastructure provides global reliability. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by third-party services (Stripe, Cloudflare, DNS providers).
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Platform will meet all your specific business requirements, generate specific revenue levels, or achieve specific SEO rankings.
9. Limitation of Liability
ElevateCode Digital's total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the Platform ends at the next billing date. Data is deleted 30 days after termination.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New Castle County, Delaware, or via binding arbitration.
12. Changes to Terms
We will notify you by email of material changes with 30 days notice. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
