- Any paying subscriber within 60 days of their first successful payment
- One refund request per customer account
- Must be a direct subscriber (not purchased through a third-party reseller)

4. Refund Timeline

The 7-day free trial is fully free — no credit card required to start. You will never be charged without explicit consent. The 60-day refund window begins from your first paid charge, not from the start of your free trial.
6. After a Refund
After a refund is issued, your account access ends immediately. Your data is retained for 30 days in case you wish to return, then permanently deleted.
7. Exceptions
The following are not eligible for a refund:
